As always these are sales for the Northern Colorado area.  Lots of stores run national sales though, so except for meat and milk everything else usually sticks.  If you’re curious about your store simply click below on the store name and enter your zip code for your own circular.

  • Green/Red Seedless Grapes – $.99/lb
  • Cheez It – $1.99
  • Oreos – BOGO
  • Wheat Thins – $1.99

King Soopers:

  • Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts – $1.99/lb
  • Milk – $1.97/gallon
  • American Beauty Pasta – $.49/ package (buy 10 of anything on list)
  • Kroger Cheese – $1.99
  • Pork Tenderloin – $3.99/lb (good deal)
  • SO many things on the buy 10 save $5 list

Sunflower:

Sprouts:

My Meal Plan:

  1.  Sausage, Penne and Broccoli Pasta — I need to do a blog post on this one.  It’s a one pan, toasted pasta with a beautiful white wine cream sauce.  So simple, so vegetable filled and so delicious.
  2. Pork Tenderloin — This is a decent deal, so I’ll take advantage of that.  It’s super lean, takes marinade well and grills up so easily.
  3. Clams ala McMahan — I miss my friend Will dearly and I miss this dish.  Heavy on onions (ok, and butter) it’s simple and ridiculously cheap (seriously, like $4 for the whole pan).
